Top 3 CPR Sites

Need to get certified for CPR and don't have the time to take the class? Then get certified online.  Many of the sites allow you to print your certification card instantly once you pass!  I wondered though, how many of these courses were actually legit with correct information.  I've been an EMT-P for the past 20 years, so I know the importance of CPR.

This is what I found....

REVIEWER'S #1 PICK

#1 CPR Site - only $13.99 !!  CPRToday.us
click -> cprtoday.us
Rated:  10/10

(PREVIOUSLY known as cprtoday.cz.cc)

- Instant Access to Course and Test
- Lowest Price
- Instant Wallet Certification Print out
- Free CPR course
- Easy to Understand Course
- Get 2 chances to pass
- Only 25 questions
- Easy Navigation

Review-  It took some digging to find this site, but when I did I'm glad.  This price is the lowest price you'll find on the net, in fact, they even state that if you find a lower price they will match that price and subtract 10% more!  The exam is 25 questions and they give you 2 chances to pass (VERY RARE).  Overall the site is professional, nice graphics, and has easy navigation. This is my #1 pick and I give it a 10/10 !

REVIEWER'S #2 PICK

click -> www.procpr.org
Rated:  08/10

- Instant Access to Course and Test
- Instant Wallet Certification Print out
- Free CPR course
- Get 2 chances to pass

Review-  This is a popular site.  The $29.99 kind of made me uneasy though as the average online CPR exams usually run only $19.99 .  A good thing is that they send you a laminated wallet card as well, but I don't think that is worth an extra $10.  The course has videos, and it is interactive and in flash.  Professional looking site, easy navigation too.  I give this site an 8/10, if not for price, it would be an easy 10/10.

REVIEWER'S #3 PICK

#3 CPR Site - only $19.99 !!  American Health Care Academy
Rated:  08/10

- Instant Access to Course and Test
- Instant Wallet Certification Print out
- Free CPR course
- Get 2 chances to pass
- Live Chat

Review-  This is a popular site and they have many "mini" sites all over the net with different domains.   The $19.99 is the average price on the net for CPR certifications and that's how much this site cost.  The course has some old info in it, so if you take this course make sure you read the new AHA guidelines that came out in 2010.  As for the site, it looks professional, though I noticed the doctor's stock photo (it's over used on many sites all over the net).  That makes the site look a little cheap.  Easy navigation.  I give it 8/10, the course should really be updated.

And that's the top 3 on the net.  Many jobs require you to be CPR certified and getting a certification online makes things easier, faster, and cheaper. Just make sure your workplace accepts any CPR certification as some only accepts AHA (American Heart Association) certification which requires you to take an in person class.

  6. I didn't know you could get CPR certified online! That's nice to know because I don't know where they offer CPR courses in person around where I live. Twenty dollars is pretty cheap for a certification. http://www.40cpr.com

  7. I've been trying to get certified for First Aid and CPR so that I can teach CPR to some younger girls that I work with. There are some classes at the local health department, but the meetings are always when I have work. Is an online CPR certification just as legitimate as getting one from a class? http://swflsc.com

  8. That's pretty cool that you can get CPR certified online. The company I work for is currently debating if they want to hire a company to train all of us in CPR or just give people a reimbursement for getting it done themselves. I will let them know that this is an option and then they can make the decision of what we do. http://www.40cpr.com
